Dibya Sankar Das

Mr. D. S. Das has been a highly motivated and inventive personality since his campus life. His keenness in Instrumentation steered his higher studies and career. He completed M.Tech in Instrumentation from the University of Kolkata, Dept. of Applied Physics in 1979. He boasts of 45 years long hands-on experience in both manufacturing and EPC industries in India. In his long career span, he is also showered with multiple accreditations from several MDP programs like XLRI Jamshedpur, IIM Calcutta, etc.

Being associated with Forbes Marshall in India for 28 years, he got many opportunities to visit overseas and work with foreign counterparts in the UK, Germany, France, Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, etc. With valuable first-hand accomplishments in instrumentation and automation, he retired as a Sr. Executive of Forbes Marshall in 2011 and started Dellstar Overseas in the same year.

Sukanya Das

As the Managing Partner of Dellstar Overseas, Sukanya plays a pivotal role in fostering a seamless work environment while driving operational excellence through strategic HR initiatives and firm administrative measures. Her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strengthens the foundation of Dellstar Overseas, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Sukanya holds an Executive Certification in Strategic HRM from IIM Calcutta (2024-25) and is a certified AI-powered HR leader, a Level 1 certified NLP professional, and is also trained in PoSH. She also brings a diverse academic background, including a Master of Fine Arts in Brand Merchandising from the USA, a PG Diploma in Mass Communication from BILAMS, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from Jadavpur University. Additionally, she has enriched her business acumen with a specialized course in Import-Export from the Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIEO).

With a commitment to excellence, deep industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach, Sukanya has been instrumental in expanding Dellstar Overseas' business footprint. Her leadership ensures the organization’s ability to attract and retain top-tier clients while fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

Sushobhan Adhikari

Mr. Sushobhan Adhikari has been associated with Dellstar Overseas since 2014. With a sound experience in the IT industry, he joined the organization as the General Manager of Marketing & Sales. Currently, he is a Partner of the firm and is in charge of the marketing and sales of the Industrial Automation division. He supervises the lead generation process and drives the pre-sales and sales activities. Added to that, he is actively involved with the supply chain management and logistics to ensure an on-time delivery to the customers.

Sushobhan is a bright mind with a Masters in Computer Science & Technology (M.Tech) with a Diploma in Marketing. He focuses on leadership, stays on toes to communicate, and delivers the ideal industrial solution to meet the needs of the clients.
